Voucher Credit on adwords

    Hi

    I am totaly new to adwords

    I have created my account 2 days ago with a voucher about 75$.
    Because I am from germany it was booked in EURO.
    If I check "My Account" I have two listings:

    Service Adjustment €-56.39
    Activation fee €5.00
    Outstanding balance EUR €-51.39

    First question:

    Why is a fee a positiv value and a voucher credit a negativ value?

    My Adsense Account tells me in red:

    Your ads are no longer running because you've exhausted your prepay funds.

    And if I check "My Account" there is also:

    Funds remaining in your account: €0.00

    But when I check "Make Payments" it says:

    Funds remaining: EUR €51.39 *

    How long does it take till the voucher credit can be used?

    I also transfered 10EUR to the account, but that they take a while to get credited is understandable.

    And one more question.
    I still can enter a voucher number in my account settings.
    Can I credit my account with a second voucher?

    Please help

    Hi!

    I have the same problem, but in Poland...
    In my adwords account i have exacly the same msg like you.

    So this is not single case...

    I'm intrested what can it be id someone know please put reply here

    i just know that " Outstanding balance EUR €-51.39 " means that u still have 51.39 dollars do spend =D. do u have free vouchers? hehe. i nedd one :)

    the negative balance means you have that much credit.

    the positive is because that is what is being charged...

    I have some odd $150 in the negative for my account because I have so many free AdWords credits....negative is good in this case :)

    But why can't I use adwords then?
    And why is on some places 0€ Credit and on others the right amount?

    I have written to google support on Friday but not have heared back from them since :/

    They have a 10€ activation fee which can't be payed with a voucher.

    Does anyone know how long it takes till you get a voucher after entering your details on these voucher pages?

    You must make a payment from your bank account to Google:
    -Go to "billing info" --> "make payment" ---> choose the amount to pay and then do as google guide.

    Your account will be active after they received your payment and you can use the credit in your balance.

    Advice from me: To use voucher, you should use credit card to active your account.

    How long does it take for google to send out coupon codes after you entered your email into the "get free coupon" pages from google?
