voucher activated account with high campaign budget?

    i activated multiple account with vouchers, but i unable to run any campaign on it if campaign budget is higher than 20-30$ USD,

    the voucher i used = $80USD

    every time i increased to that much, the keywords will say account is under review for security or you ads are not running, please contact us for support.

    anyone know how to solve it?

    it will try to explain well if anyone dont really understand my question.

    It probably has something to do with you having multiple accounts :)
