I need someone who can create a voting database where people would select their city, state and email and then vote. I need the votes to count differently depending on what is selected, meaning one cities vote is not the same as another, based off population. The votes would show on a leaderboard as well and each vote would need to count towards a bank/jackpot. Finally, I need an area where I can add surveys and stuff so that people can earn more money towards the bank and votes. PM me with questions and quotes regarding this project.
