I have recently been working on a photography site, where a user can visit the site, view images, vote yes if they like and no if they dont, and then it moves onto the next picture. User comments would also be nice, but dont need. I have found some "Hot or Not" scripts that may work, but alot of them need users to register, upload pictures, and then you vote on there pictures.
