I think it may not give so much traffic to you as the site alexa rank is 45,769

even less than IRKA's web directory

by this statistics I can surely tell that you may not get even 5 visitors a day

It seems you need at least one vote and it ask you to post a button on your site. I think this is more to their advantage.

I would skip this one, unless you like this sorta thing.

 

Do you consider Alexa a good indicator as to how much traffic a site really gets?
