Any incentives for becoming a staff? Because your forum seems deserted

 

dude, don't make people mods until you need them; I also would suggest look for Mods on your forum that are people that spend allot of time there that way you have a better change of not getting someone who will go nuts and delete everything.

 

you have 3 members. so wheres the need?
or is this just a spam thread?

If I was trying to promote it on here I would splash it everywhere like every other noob does.

 

Its called marketing I have ran forums for more than 3yrs and in my life I never went outside my forum looking for staff. I select the best of my existing member to be part of my staff and not some new guy who has hardly participated in forum posting.

I don't see you giving any incentives for staff you are planning to recruit, then why is this is posted on dp ?? You hardly have 20 posts and not more than 10-15 members and you want 3 staff members already

These just prove my statement about you are trying to promote your forum, rather than really crying out for help

 

Interesting forum though. It has potential but you have a lot of work to do. Your job is in trying to get members not mods. Until the board becomes significantly bigger you alone should be able to handle things.

 

Yeah man, you really oughta offer some sort of incentive.
