    It think it depends on your situation. Are you wanting to do PC based calling? Do you want an inbound number? What kind of Internet connection do you have? Do you do international, domestic, or local calling?

    It depends on what kind of calls you want to make especially to which country.

    You can try for a free trial service from RingCentral. They offer different service such as virtual PBX, business voice mail, VoIP and other telecommunications solutions.

    I use skype its cheap, and good as long as you got a good internet connection!
