What to do when a partner refuse to pay the amount of money contributed by the other partner at the time of dissolution of partnership. It is a case when there are only two partners in a business organization.

It would depend on the terms of the partnership and where the partnership was formed, and thus, what laws would apply.

Answered perfectly, brownster. Funny thing is, when an answer is that succinct, it makes you go 'doh - obvious'. And the OP could probably have worked that out for himself if he tried...

Is the money worth fighting for? Is it worth your time, legal fees, and such fighting to get it?
and hope the hell he has is to give...and if your claims are not in writing, then it wont matter much...
Is this former partner across the street for easy access, or does he live in another country?
and if that is the case, then i can almost bet you will never see any money...
