Voice to text software

Hi everyone,
I hope I'm not doing a mistake asking here for a good Voice to text software.
Our stuff is working on getting written recordings from head office conferences and I am wondering if someone of you knows a good software to do this conversion from audio to text. The price can be high.

xp doesn't have this feature. I found some software but it seems that no one is so good.

I almost forgot. I was going to search for this voice to text software, I had it once but was not very accurate. And that was several years ago. Perhaps they have now developed a more perfected version.
