Hello all, at the moment I am occupied with improving the customer support service using VoIP. I need to record the welcome message and some messages that will be played when the customer is held on the line. I tried to do that myself but - I have to admit that - my recordings sound soooooo unprofessional. Is there any kind of service that will do that for me? If you know how it should be called, come up with ideas, I will search Google for it
