VLC Player Problem - Audio not working alongwith Video

    Pals , I need some help :D

    I made a video thru my cell phone (3gp format). But when i try to play it on VLC player, I cant hear the audio (other mp3 are working fine, but audio is not working with video) . Anyone knows how to fix this (Real player is asking for some quicktime or something.. )

    Also, I would like to upload it on youtube. So can i upload it in original 3gp format or i need to convert it into some format supported by youtube? In case yes, then which software would be good for that purpose ?:confused:

    Pls advice :D

    for 3gp files, nokia provides its own player. I think that wud be better option
