Vitamin/Supplement Site High on MSN

I am selling .
www.iwantvitamins.com . I have included the present listings for the site . I have had the website for four years .The included listing on MSN have been strong for at least two years and show no sign of dropping . Present revenue is low from adsense and I just added the ads,but adding an affiliate program would change that considerably.Usally first page on MSN for term "vitamins" so with a slight bit of work that will return ,currently page four.First or second page for a majority of vitamin search terms . Sale includes domain ,site and whats left on hosting package , two months I believe. Looking for offers.

Why is there no listing on Google

 

When we added the shopping cart and content after purchasing the site it was dropped from Google , possibly because the site was down for three weeks due to the bad choice in designers we choose, but not completely sure.

 

How much do you want for it?

 

So has google blacklisted the domain, its odd not to have any pages on google?

 

Not sure on Blacklisting question,I aksed some SEO pros ,they said get some good high powered backlinks but I have another project I am buried in and cannot allocate funds for this site , ,,the price , well I will start with offers ,it has a very targeted domain and great ,,almost perminant placements on MSN that have not moved in over two years . So adding some affiliate links from CJ or even products into the shopping cart and drop shipping from the sources I have and there will be instant income , so I guess just start with an offer. Maybe someone in the know can pm me and tell me what the site is worth?

Starting at $600 , knowing that CJ vitamins supplement links will bring at leats $200 a month net.We had these on there two years ago before we drop shipped

I will set the BIN at $1300 , vitamin/supplement links will make a minimum of $200 per month with the placements the site has,making this a decent deal. I will consider offers close to BIN

I would like to add the following site into the sale package www.healthfs.com which is indexed well on google . And actually has a first page rank for "discount vitamins online" Traffic is still low as I just re-designed this site three months ago. I am interested in selling both sites together , for a BIN of $2000 or close to it . I have not had a live merchant account on this site(or iwantvitamins) so I do not have sales to report.
