    Windows Vista is a registered trademark, and would cause problems if you put content related to Microsoft on the domain. It doesn't matter if the word is Spanish or not.

    If you use "Vista" in association with a Microsoft Product, you are riding the goodwill they have established, i.e. trademark infringement. If the site has nothing to do with Microsoft, it wouldn't have a problem. You could always contact Microsoft and ask them.

    Mircosoft is not agressive against many domains
    I know people that own and run many domains such as xbox.net ( i have halo2.us and halowar.net ) but those domains are Gaming i am not sure about software.

    They might take it away if u are givin bad rep about thier products but if you are helping them then I dont see why they take it away?
