    I am using XP Service Pack 3 with Vista CG, it has the interface and apps of Vista but the core is XP.
    This is kinda best.

    I dont think vista sucks at all, yes there some slight bugs but microsoft will hopefully cut these out soon, IMO windows vista has the best GUI and it looks stunning!!

    Okay, for those who own Microsoft stock, Certified Microsoft Pros, Microsoft Employees, etc. please state it before you comment about how great it really is. The Average Joe could never be that passionate about an OS that cost that much.

    i definitely will not try vista till i got new computer with the great specs to run it. that would not be so soon though. it's good because i can wait till they have more service pack came out hehe.

    It needs a balanced system. A midrange CPU, 2 GB ram, a decent GPU (standalone) and all the complaining about it being slow will dissapear.
