firefox sometimes blocks what have been reported as scam sites, as do some other browsers, that need a user to fill in a survey etc first before been able to view the site depending on the browser settings.
Your site has probably been listed as a scam site.

If you are getting "Can't find server" message then there may be a problem with DNS. Make sure you have setup correct DNS resolver for your server and also make sure that there is no problem with DNS service.

I always hates the ads which forcing you to do something and I believe everybody also dont like it. It's so annoying and you might loose your active user. There is a lots of alternative which dont have a force survey ads and they probably switching to it.

Sometimes ads does carry a virus and your web appear to be detected as a security threat by my Eset Smart Security. Another point why your user is moving away anyway..
