Visitors down - Earnings up

    The last 7 days visitors to my site have halved, but Adsense earnings are up 10% or so - anyone any ideas why?

    Coincidence, nothing more.

    Fluctuations are often.. my page sometimes generates 1+ $ clicks, and sometimes 0,3 $..

    On most AdSense sites, a 20% of the pages generate 80% of the revenue. If your traffic loss was in the non-producing pages, while you also gained traffic in the cash-producing pages -- you will see traffic dip and earnings rise.

    Also, sometimes an advertiser will come up with a really attractive ad that will drive CTR way up. Those are happy times. :)

    How is your CTR and CPC?

    Average CPR for September is 5% (which is pretty good I think) CPC is up 20%.

    Will its called Pareto's Law and works for most stuff on the net.
    With forums you find that 20% of members make up 80% of posts.
