    I'm not trying to be rude, because I like the idea and I think the design looks fine... but I think you should invest in a copywriter.

    It isn't far off but the first few sentences just sound a bit awkward. If you are looking to improve you business (i.e. get more direct business in addition to outsourced business) I think this will be an important step/element to improve.

    I think the pitch here could use a bit of help... sorry just trying to give as honest a review as I can. I found the most honest reviews for my blog were the most helpful.

    White spaces are necessary to be filled as said earlier. However I would suggest you to make some specific logo for your site which suits it properly and put it in some corner. Post some link in the footer like sitemap, etc...

    I must also say that you have put an enormous amount of work into your web site. Very innovative and just full of things to click and see.
