It seems good. You can keep something in the right side in bottom. Than it wall be more attractive...

 

header is too big, try to reduce. You better make a logo for your website to make it branded and easily remember by visitors. Also the widgets are scramble and hard to find pages link or any links to lead the visitor to a more information.

 

Your site has good possibilities. However, you are trying to cover 3 huge markets: high tech, make money and IM. Why not pick one and focus on that or else develop a site for each market.

You are right but handling 3 different sites is very difficult
