    even Pakistani Govt have a Vision 2020 by announced by General Musharraf.

    I think this would atleast have a value since both countries are within Asia.

    malaysian ex-prime minister also had that vision. we call it (wawasan 2020) has been since 198x... some times to go.. (wawasan=vision in malay).

    It might be worth something in India, however the name is in English and this might make it less suitable for using it in a non english speaking asian countries.
