Other than the paypal plug-in,is there any other way to make visa and mastercard vcc's?Cause the plug-in is of course only for US citizens.You lucky monsters!
I know that and i never asked to sell or buy one.I'm just asking for information on vccs.Basically: Charges if not,and support for European Countries.
There are some banks in Europe which allow you to create VCCs: Spain: LaCaixa (you have to visit a branch personally but then no problem to open as non-resident) also some Eastern European banks but I don´t know at the moment. Will look for them and edit/update the thread when I know which banks.
It's up to a bank to let you use a vcc?Isn't there any digital way to do it,like an alternative to the paypal plugin, only with European support?
VCCs are also available with many credit card providers/banks. Like there is an site where after u give all ur cc details including pIN theywill give u interface to create vccs. Most US banks do offer this.
