Visa card to Verify Paypal

    Hi guys

    Can anyone point me to a good website where i can get a visa card with a reasonable price to verify my paypal account ( Send / Receive) I'm from Algeria and we have some limitations so take that in mind before answering . Thanks

    Try entropay ...they provide VCC maybe it can help you .

    Why not order for a free payoneer card. I got mine and that of my wife at no cost.

    Payoneer cost 20 uSd per year and it's not working with Paypal anymore , I mean i need Mastercard payoneer + uS bank to receive and send money .

    But with visa card only , i can send & receive. i'm gonna try entropay and see if it's good. Thanks for all the answers guys

    Payoneer has started to suck money. i started to use my card on October 2014 before the completion of year they deducted 29.95usd from my account on this month then when i asked why they did it so they said its policy and next annual deduction will be on January 2016. just after 5 months . Payoneer is becoming worst payment gateway.

    You should try VCC cards... You will get them on a little googling.

    I think it will be good if you can find some trusted vcc suppliers as google lists lots of spam

    Why don't you try VCC (Virtual Visa Card) and you can get it easily. I also did my account verified by VCC.
