Hey, just out of curiosity what was the highest number that your scanner ever got? That includes any sort of item that can cause a threat to your computer...
And honestly this isn't out of curiosity I just want to compare my number to yours. Right now I'ts 3,000 and still 11.5% :) Oh and if you can tell me what virus scanner you use... I use AVG and if there's anything better than this tell me please!!

    Thanks

    AVG is good.

I've never had more than a couple, but i've cleaned out some friends machines that hit the 20k mark. lol

You might want to reconsidder that.

Here is my opinion about freeware applications.
If you afford to pay for anti-virus then you should or otherwise you are forced to accept minimal protection for your system.

Spybot is a nice application though. AVG is not the best choice in my opinion.
If it had to be free i would choose Ewido above AVG.
