Simply use hijackthis and post the results in a tech forum (or here). Computer people (or maybe even you) can recognize the process that shouldn't be running and give you advice on how to terminate it.
First, clean your PC with CCleaner, then check your pc with HijackThis (think Trend micro bought it some time ago??). Go to hijackthis.de and paste your log, and delete those nasty things Then run Spysweeper to delete other stuff that might be installed.
