    the best solution is to follow this removal instructions i wrote..

    download combofix - this will fix and remove virus/spywares/trojan/malwares.
    install new antivirus. nod32 or comodo <- comodo is the best..

    you can ask questions at my forum..

    this answers all, same process on all infections removal.

    just keep combofix updated and your antivirus updated too..

    this thread must be closed coz so many members posting wrong answer :D

    It is very simple to remove virus firstly install symantec antivirus or kaspersky antivirus (as you wish) but I will prefer symantec antivirus.This antivirus will solve your problem I am sure. If it is not working then you have to format your drive.One thing I forgot that you must update your antivirus means up to date ok

    Bear in mind that the removal of a virus can sometimes mean the loss of other files on your PC. often the best way to remove a virus and its after effects is a reinstall of the o/s and emphasis on prevention.

    try booting in safe mode and a good antivirus software is avast is ur computer is slow if its fast try kaspersky,
    and malware antimalware byte is really a nice spyware remover and if ur windows is genuine go malicious removal tool
