My blogs have been attacked by iframe viruses many times. These are sneaky codes that infect many files, especially index.php or index.html

You'll have to check the last updated date of all files in your site/blog to find all the infected files and manually edit them.

Remember, do not save any FTP passwords in FTP managers like CuteFTP or others. These can be stolen easily. Windows has weak security.

Rizwan, the problem is not with your PC. Its your site or blog thats been infected. Antivirus software cannot help you. You'll have to manually weed out the virus code from the blog. It copies itself at more than one location.

Add the line "php_flag register_globals off" to your .htaccess file. I've read it helps in preventing hijack of websites.

You must be having virus in your pc itself. I was having same problem. The virus might be like conficker which stole your sessions of your ftp and change the index related files and add iframe codes in your site.
