Virus/Hack showing URL in website header

    Hi
    I am using a WordPress theme called Shuttershot for my website, http://www.cadagency.co.uk
    Thing is I have noticed that right at the top of the page there is a URL showing;
    http://online-casino.blog.ca
    I have never put this in my header and have no idea what it is.
    I cant find it in any of the php files for the theme.
    Any ideas where it is, I have deleted all the plugins I dont use/trust but its still there.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I actually worked out what it was. It was from a plugin called SEO Cheese. There was a file there that caused this.
    I removed the plugin and it has gone now :)
