I decided to purchase Virtualwebgames.com from the owner today for $450, however; my plans aren't working as I wanted them to do.

My plans were to market the games section on Myspace, but that brought in little traffic.

Right now, I'm trying to get a new design, and some new content made, and when my checks come in - I plan to launch an advertising campaign.

The old owner averaged $40 a month with the site, and if I play my cards right, I can double that.

What do you guys think I could do? When I have time, I play to submit to directories and such.

Do you have your own server or is it managed by a server company?

Mind your business and go back to your hole?

How much do unique games go for? I guess I'll save my money to get some.

What's your deal man? Get off the guy's nuts already. It's getting real old opening threads to see you trash talking someone. One day you'll mature and realize that talking down to people doesn't bring you up. Maybe you should take this crap to PM's instead of following his every post and leaving comments that waste people's time.

As for Virtualwebgames.com, you should at least put links to where people can find the game's your referring to. The site overall serves no real purpose offering a one sentence description of a game nobody's ever heard of and offering no advice to find it.

You can, the games are located on their respective directory - either game software, role-playing game links, or virtual pet game links.

$450 - and why does it matter to you?

    Figure it out yourself.
You're obviously the mastermind behind big-traffic sites, especially those that are myspace related.

That tells me that you paid $450 because the site got some sort of traffic, I doubt it even gets 500 uniques a day...

Even at 1024 resolution I get an horizontal scroll bar, might want to fix that.

The site looks too formal, nothing like a flash games site, you need to spice it up.
