Hello. I am a paypal member in a country not paypal allowed. I heared that virtualmoneyinc.com can provide me with a card which allow ACH from paypal,this would be great if works,I heared too that the ACH is unavailable now I dont know if it will be working again or not,and when?? I need to get an answer and a seller who sell those cards so I can see if I can order or not? Thanks for your help.
