Since I'd like to edit my thread but can't I'd like to add the following: 1) We use Xen, not Virtuzzo. Why? Xen does a better job at server balancing for cpu and internet. You can not do windows updates to secure your vps in virtuzzo, which I find very scary. Virtuzzo allows overselling of resources on the server, Xen does not. Virtuzzo has been found to crash very often, while my Xen VPS has never crashed before on its own. 2) We do not use servers with huge ram and drives. Why not? We use above average server, not overpowered ones. 1. Here our server specifications: 2.66 GHZ with 2.83 GHZ Backup Processor On 2x Quad Core (Intel). 2x 1 TB Drives with Raid. 100Mbit Port to each vps node. Non Blacklisted IPs True server balancing with Xen. 8 GB+ Ram 2. Only 8 VPS per VPS Node. (Very good quality). 3. With those providers with over 8 GB Ram VPS Nodes they crowd you all on one node making resources overused and lead to poor quality. 4. Those providers with over 8 GB Ram probably also use Virtuzzo and will oversell, a host sing virtuzzo can never guarantee they are not overselling. 5. Ask for a refund after poor service, they will ignore you, I will try solve the problem and explain to you the speed if it was our fault or a small mistake on your side. 6. Our VPS will past the license verify test. So Please think before choosing another host then AlohaVPS.com.
