    if you live in the US, go to ANY walgreens, brooks or CVS and you can get the card. Once you pay for it, its activated . Take it home and use on ebay and paypal.

    Alot safer than paying someone to do it for you!

    I am not in the US.... still it is very difficult to get CC in India especially if you r under 18. I have tried all possible ways.

    Well i am gonna try her out. Will leave feedback here when done. ;)
