I'd like to ask a question into this matter, but need somewhat of a technical answer too. A friend is setting up an online store selling virtual items for a few MMORPGs (WoW included) but he's worried about chargebacks occurring on a large scale. He's going to use Paypal, which won't refund payments for virtual goods, but since Paypal takes money via transfer or credit/debit, is it possible for the buyer to do a chargeback at his bank level, and if that happens and they suck it back from Paypal, what will Paypal do? Or is it Paypal's problem and the seller is safe by then? It seems way too confusing to me, but hopefully you guys know the process.
