    Hi guys,

Any ideas if using virtual hosts will hurt search engine rankings or page rank?

As long as your host is not on a blacklist of ip addresses, you should be fine.

No and no. As RankSurge said, as long as your IP isn't blacklisted, you'll be fine. As for PageRank, that is affected only by one thing - links. Moving from one server to another will not affect them - as long as the URLs remain the same.
