These servers are VMware virtual servers not OpenVZ or Virtuozzo. Your resources are not shared. This is the next best thing to having a real dedicated server, infact its better than dedicated as CPU/RAM/HDD can be added much easier and faster. Yes sorry the VDS's listed include WMH license. If you want a custom VDS then WHM is $15 / Month. Here is an example of a VDS that you might use with a different OS or a different control panel than WHM.

Actually I still not meet my requirement when I looking for a VPS so I still not decide what VPS will I buy. But since U pm me to looking Ur thread here, I will give U my specs.

Here are the specs :
1. The price should be at max $15 / month ( it`s my budget for now ).
2. The VPS is fully managed ( not semi managed ) by U cause I can`t and don`t understand how to manage it.
3. The VPS should be installed with WHM cause even if I don`t interested to sell reseller account, I need it to make different username and password for all my domain so they can be managed by other people than me. But I don`t need billing software cause I don`t sell reseller account.
4. I need the unlimited domain, unlimited cpanel, unlimited subdomain, unlimited database quantity ( with at least 1 GB database size ), unlimited email account and size ( depend on my hosting size ), and at least 30 GB size with 300 GB bandwidth for starter.
5. I need the fast CPU with the specs at least : Core2Duo 2.00 GHz, 256 MB Guaranted RAM, 512 MB Burstable RAM, Raid Hardisk ( at least 5 with 1 TB each and 7200 rpm speed ), with the fast connection at least 100 mbps ( if possible 1 gbps ).
6. The sites that I will hosting with this VPS is not reseller account but my own sites, which contain of file hosting, video hosting, social networking, directory, and other sites that need a lot of size and bandwidth. So I need this sites allowed in Ur VPS. For Ur notes, these sites is not even finished built. But I`m looking for the best hosting that can handle all of my sites. It will be about at least 100 domains that I will host with U.
7. If somehow, my size and bandwidth overlimit, I hope U not just shut down it but U can contact me first so I can upgrade my account.
8. I need to get full support from U 24 hours / day and 7 days / week in email support, chat support and if needed telp support. I will only use email if it`s not urgent. If urgent, I will try to chat too. But if chat is unavailable, I might need to call U. But I won`t need this if Ur support from email and chat is excellent.

If U can give me all this specs, I will accept Ur offer gladly. I think if U can, U should give DP members these specs. I guarantee that Ur offer will be sold very quickly cause it`s a bargain to only pay max $15 / month for fully managed VPS with WHMpanel in at least 100 mbps connection and full support 24/7 from U and can host even file hosting, video hosting, social networking and directory as long as it`s not over limit from the size and bandwidth that We both agree.
