I have a few apps and games in the works that will work with virtual currencies. I'm currently looking at a few mainstream Offer Wall providers but their surveys appear to be slow, bothersome, 'shady' and with a low payout rate. If anyone knows of any incentive CPA Offer Wall affiliate networks which offer free, simple and fast single page surveys with a decent pay per action (around $1 or higher), please reply. Also feel free to talk about your experience with certain offer wall/virtual currency networks.
