    Hello, I'm Just looking for some quick answers.

    1. If i get a virtual credit card and use it for paypal will my sending & receiving limit be 2000$ a month?

    2. Will i be able to get payments from ads service payouts?

    3. Will i be able to use it for ebay?

    4. Can i use it for donations?

    5. Where can i get one and how much does it cost. ( I'm looking to buy one cheap maybe 5-10$ paypal )

    You can get it from some webmasters which providing VCC.
