Virtual Credit Card (PrePaid)

    Hi,

    Whats the best place to get Virtual Credit Cards (PrePaid) ?

    Ill need some place where i can get new credit card details when i need them so for example, say i had a $5 prepaid card and i then used that all the credit on that card, i would then be able to delete that card and then add a new prepaid card that woulfd give me new credit card details.

    I know Paypal do them but they only offer it for the USA :(
