Hello, I am an Indian. An SBI Visa, and BOI MasterCard (Debit Card) holder. I would like to know how VCC works. I mean I heard that one VCC is valid for one transaction, is there any VCC that is re-loadable? And I would like to know how can I buy these VCCs with my debit card. Will I be able to make transaction with paypal then? (As I am from India paypal doesn't allows without a CC)

I'm not recommending Virtual Credit Cards, but instead of that, you can use Prepaid MasterCard. There are a lot of Prepaid MasterCard providers. I'm currently using Moneybookers and it's great, but you can use Paxum, Payoneer, ePayments and much more.

Check mangomoney, it is plastic card but go along with a VCC, you can re-load the plastic so the VCC is re-loadable, too.

Yes you can use VCC easily, you can generate one from the site of you bank. It is very safe for Indians but you can not reload a VCC. It is valid for only 24hours.
