Virtual credit card and Paypal

Are these virtual cards really helpful to verify paypal accounts ?

Which is the best one ?

dont you/your relatives have a credit card ? get one new.

 

I have already tried a lot but its geeting delayed and I need to verify the PP account soon

It works awesome, if you use it wisely.

 

VCC will only put you in trouble.
Its the most common reason for account limit.
However you use it , it will give you nothing other than problems.
When paypal limit your account and ask for credit card statement, how wisely you gonna show them?
They never accept soft copies of any statement or online statement.
Also paypal use credit card information to verify you , your bank account and address, so its not also legal to use vcc , thats mean you are giving fake information to paypal. Which is illegal.

So , my advice : Better being late rather than putting yourself in problem.
