    What you can do is create a paypal account using a Mastercard or Visa gift card. You can usually load these cards with as little as $25. They will give you a CC number a physical credit card. I have done it, it works :)

    Google "Mastercard gift card" to find a place near you.

    As a side note, make sure to clean your browsers cookies before making a second paypal account... Paypal is crafty at detecting old users.

    VCC for paypal us not working anymore. People said paypal changed terms, not allow VCC.

    DO NOT BUY VCC . PAYPAL is not accepting NEW VCC It Won't WORK

    I Tried 3 VCC Seller .

    The Card is accpeted then paypal says that it deduct 1.95 but it wont show on VCC.

    it is my luck that every time i got refund but you dont try you may be not lucky like me

    Every good card seller are stoped selling card. Now Only scammer are out there

    From last 2 days Many VCC sellers of TG are Said that they are out of stock

    But Because I chat with Guys they said that they dont know why its not working & refunded me .

    Actually i m the 1st customer of them whose VCC is not worked

    Means I m unlucky man because of which paypal stop taking VCC Card ;)

    Paypal do not accept virtual cards anymore and only accept cards that have logos on it like visa or mastercard logos :)

    Ah, VM Cirrus card like a US Bank, you can use it to add US Bank account to paypal and get verify. Paypal will fund 2 small amounts to your card and you can get verify easy. Its not virtual visa or virtual mastercard.

    Okay, thanks for the explanation. Have you successfully used it with Paypal to get your Paypal account verified as I remember that you were still trying to get your Paypal account verified.
