    I seen someone selling prepay cards which could be topped up by paypal for a $5 fee, anyone got a link to the site or who was selling them

    I was there while back in time and then sounded safe.

    I'm not sure now since I can see how the can top your account with Paypal.

    There is no such thing, at least not in present time.

    Years ago you received $5 for inviting people to join PayPal, not this card

    But that promotion was discontinued after eBay purchased the firm.
