I want to install Linux on Virtual Box. Will it detect USB devices like Pen Drive to move files? Basically I want to download files on linux in virtual box, copy paste to pen drive, and then copy these pen drive files to main Windows 8.1 OS. Will this be possible?

To do this, you will need to install the VirtualBox Extension Pack which enables USB support for virtual machines.
Once you have the Extension Pack installed, you can simply insert the pen drive into your computer, click on the USB icon in the bottom right corner of the VirtualBox window, and select the pen drive from the list of available devices. The pen drive should then be accessible within the virtual machine.
You can then download files onto Linux in VirtualBox, copy them to the pen drive, and then copy the files from the pen drive to your main Windows 8.1 OS by following the same steps to connect the pen drive to the virtual machine running Linux.
