Ok I got a little complex of a problem and any unique thoughts here would be greatly appreciated. I have a corporation incorporated in kansas, but I live in california and need to open a bank account for my corporation. In order to do this I need to file some kind of form with the sos and register the business in california! this form itself has a fee of 100 buxz! I am wondering, does anyone know of any offshore banking solutions that aren't like 1,000 dollars just to get going... or even better does anyone know of a virtual bank account I can use for business's? I found presidential.com but they say I need to go in to do it any ideas will be helpful
