Mmmhh... all i know that youuse entropay to make virtual CC. Why do you need virtual bank account? Just create a bank account in another country. My friends ever make it in 2005 when Paypal haven't accepted my country in their list.

 

Well doesn't need to be virtual, it can be any type of bank account as long as I get SWIFT code and its not more expensive then 100$.

May you tell me from where your friend bought the account?

It is same like my condition. Paypal not accept my country but if i create bank account in another country, How can i cash those money? Will i have to travel to that country and cashout?

 

Well that is my problem also, I have a lot of cash on MoneyBookers but I can't withdraw them without bank account, the bank account need to have debit card also so I can get the money out.

I have an site that provide this service but they are expensive... around 200$

In which country are u? Why you don't open a local bank account an get the IBAN and Swift?
I can withdraw from Moneybookers without any problem to a local bank account, I am from Albania but the situation changes when it comes to Paypal.

 

Yes I have an verified MoneyBookers account with my bank account on it and its is good, but this account is on fake name and I have done some monkey business with it and they have blocked it and the only operation they let me do with the account is withdraw the cash on bank account or credit/debit card.

What I need is an virtual or physical bank account that can be opened on any name, that haves SWIFT and an debit card so I can withdraw the money on it.

And also does PayPal work in Albania? Can you deposit and withdraw funds?

 

there is no such thing like virtual bank account

the only method is payoneer were they give you a credit card and you can withdraw money out on the card.

but to get payoner card you need to sign up to their merchant partners who use this method to pay their customers generally affiliates

 

Paypal in Albania is available only to sent money not to receive. We can't have balance on Paypal. We just have to buy or to sent directly from credit card

I haven't tried moneybookers cash withdrawal to entropay. Perhaps you should call moneybookers support for sure.

 

Payoneer is reputable and trustable, dont go with non branded websites
so i would recommend payoneer, but they provide only to select ppl, recently due to paypal issue in asia they were overloaded ,not sure what is current situation
