Buying Virtual assistant for short term jobs

    I am looking for a reliable virtual assistant that can assist me with easy jobs. I am looking for someone that can do the following:

    * Install scripts (Wordpress, Pligg, etc)
    * Configure scripts (change text, etc)
    * Copy / paste jobs
    * Someone that is availabe on IM during EST time
