    Since I've been getting many different rates, I wanted to clarify what exactly is required:

    -Build Web 2.0 (tumblr, weebly, blogspot, wordpress) account
    -Pick domain name (keyword/topic will be provided)
    -Add in content & link (article and hyperlink will be provided)
    -Add a photo in content (You must purchase the photo)
    -Change template and customize title of the blog
