Virtual assistant company

    Hi, can anyone recommend a good virtual assistant company .. So far I'm torn between these :-

    - Elance
    - virtual helper 247
    - Odesk

    Which is the better it of the 3? Preferay one where its monitors the time they've worked? Cheers

    I generally recommend UpWork (formerly oDesk) to find quality virtual assistants. Start out with some test tasks and make sure you thoroughly document what you want completed. I'll usually hire 2 or 3 to begin with, give out initial tasks to test their abilities and then select the one that I work best with.

    I work on UpWork and you can find virtual assistants for good prices and you can track their progress. Oh and Elance is merging with UpWork, so definitely hop into UpWork :)
