Don't deal with these scammers, my VPS has been down since Sun. May 24, 2008. They never reply to support tickets, submitted 5 so far, even commented on their blog (http://vblog.virpus.com/).

Still waiting for my access to my databases & the 1 week of hosting I paid for but never got. Started a thread over at webhostingtalk (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=697327), it would seem I am not alone. If you choose this company for hosting I wish you luck that nothing ever goes wrong.

I tried rebooting the VPS via SSH & now it works, I can even log into LxAdmin again. I just wish Virpus would have been helpful instead of just saying they could ping my VPS. I now have backups of my databases, thanks everyone for your help.

 

from the day one, connection is always slow with high latency. couple of downtime and system upgrade.

now, i decide not to use it anymore and issue for a refund,
