There is this new program called Virigin Galactic, where you can go to space for the low price of $200,000. It looks interesting! If you somehow got $200,000, would you go? Myself, I wouldn't go on the maiden voyage, but maybe in 20 years once they improve.
I think most people in the world want to see the vastness of the outer space. Only few had the privilege to explore it. The amount is really big for third-world countries. This program is suitable only for people living in wealthy nations. Again, the rich and the poor can't share the same pleasure in space adventures.
would love to...however, I'd rather spend the $200k on things and business rather than on an expensive travel. I could only dream on...
Well if I have the means to pay for it then I will definitely go. How many people get to go into space during their lifetime?
Ah, I'm the only "No way". Does no one else think it's a ridiculous waste of time & money and not to mention probably dangerous (Remember the Challenger). If it gets really cheap (by real cheap I still mean tens of thousands of dollars) that'll be bad cuz then a certain significant other would want to do that. On a side note I'd like to see the mechanics of how it all works first hand more than actually partake in it.
What's the point of visiting the moon or a sill space station? Is there a beach there? Will we be able to bask in the sun? Or is it just so you can carve 'I was there' on a moon rock? There's so many lovely places on earth that you would never be able to see in one life time, plus there's more entertainment on earth.
Nope. So you go home without sunburn and you get to go in a really fast rocket. It's win-win. Unless you go to space and look down on them all at once...
Well, I also love this universe and wanna see it in reality ! I would go if I become a rich person like Bill Gates ! - Digital -
Agree - wouldnt go on the maiden voyage if you paid me to do it! Would leave it until the 50th Voyage!
If I had the bucks to spare I would definitely go! Imagine being one of the first space tourists! AWESOME.
