Virgin Broadband sucks

    Right after they took over telewest, their connection start to disconnect daily and for hours and they switched the free help line to paid (25p/min)

    Just a reminder for those who want to use their service.

    Its probably Virgin UK. Worst thing about some of the providers over here they have you hopping all over the place before you hit your destination.

    skillipedia I had the same problem with NTL when I first joined them.

    I'm with Zen and would highly recommend them if you're thinking of changing. I did a lot of investigation before making the choice and I'm really glad I picked them. Never had any problems that I can say were down to them.
