The developer/programmer offers discounted rates for new generators and custom generator development as well as private label and white label generators that would become available to the purchaser of this site to add to the site as additional generators and offerings to the site members.

No monthly fees will be paid by the purchaser of this site. The white label version is already installed on the site.
Any monthly fees, would be membership fees paid by the sites users to the site owner for access to use the generators and tools the site offers.

I am not able to as I've used my bank account with 1 too many PayPal accounts. Yeah the only reason they shut it down was because I used my bank account with a business PayPal then switched to my personal and did that multiple times and they said I've used that bank account with too many PayPal accounts. What is the monthly fee for authorize.net and 2checkout?

Why is it that I am never allowed to test the service even after I have signed up and attempted to choose the free package? Each time the system either asks me to sign up although I already did, or sends me to the account update page.

 

Since I have let the domain expire I really don't think you would be able to signup much less get to any account update page.
I have moved on to other projects from this one.
